Insecure, II
I spent most of my professional life working on the US-China economic relationship and therefore did not plan to spend a lot of time on this blog on issues like foreign intrusions into US computer systems. Nonetheless, it is much in the news. Seems to me a particularly balanced article that notes the involvement of lots of countries in these types of activities and underscores the difficulty in identifying with great certainty the source of such attacks.
